Title: Black screen problem Post by: sancho on January 07, 2016, 01:25:35 pm I see a lot of complaints on the same thing on google play - and now it happened to me.
I bought the game for my daughter. She played for 3 days and on the fourth the start screen becomes black. As soon as the loading sequence ends, it's black time. I can hear the music and if I switch to another application and back for a very brief time (like tenths of second) I can see the botanicula screen, but that's it. I tried following: - uninstall the game and do a clean re-install - install the game, wipe the data and cache - wipe the data and cache of google play services - wipe the data and cache of google games (and restarting the service) None of these actions made any difference. I've seen people asking for return of their money from google because of this bug. However, I don't want money, I want my daughter to enjoy the game. Is there any advice what should I do to fix this? Anyways, no, no additional info needed here, this is the kind of issue with which nobody on here will probably help you, you already tried stuff that I (or somebody else) would recommend, you could try to send mail directly to the developers, other than that I can't say anything else. |
