I hope you win. I will weep if you don't. Osmos looks and sounds good and Closure is cool, but they pale in comparison. If I was judging you would win hands down and that's from the screen shots alone!
Each one is a work of art. The more you look the more you see. My current fav is the little robot and his monstera deliciosa. The overhead lighting, strange symbols, the fitted rug and faded wallpaper, all create a wonderful atmosphere, and to think one day I will be there.

PAX Indie Spotlight / Machinarium: "After chatting with Jakub and getting some hands-on time, I can say with utmost certainty that anyone with a penchant for classic PC adventure games is going to fall in love with this game."  http://www.thatvideogameblog.com/2009/09/15/pax-indie-spotlight-machinarium/

"For sheer 'What the hell this game kicks ass'edness I'm going to go with Machinarium, one of the PAX 10, for killing my feet by making me stand there for over an hour just playing and figuring it out. It is, quite literally, amazing to behold."  http://forums.penny-arcade.com/showpost.php?p=11492016&postcount=15

One blogger's view of Machinarium @ PAX: http://pax09.posterous.com/cwknight-at-the-pax-10-machinarium-booth

And, on the down-side, it appears that the recent outbreak of the H1N1 virus (a.k.a. Swine Flu) at Seattle college(s) leached into the PAX convention...   Sad
