I know there are mushrooms in Samorost, when you need to pass the ant eater and hop out of the elevator pod
and the upcoming Botanicula has mushrooms and you have Mrs. Mushroom of course

I'm just curious where else they may have appeared, in any games or side projects

The one place I'd have expected to see some mushrooms (level 3 in Questionaut) did not have any.
