Hello, I tried sending in this query via your online form but it just refreshes the page

I am contacting you because Botanicula has stopped working at part 6.
Was downloaded from google play store onto my tablet.

In-game it froze at this point. I have tried coming back out of the game and reloading part 6 but I just get a black screen.

What do you advise as I have already paid for this game and I cant get it to work?  Cry

Don't fret about the page refreshing after you submit your message.  That's just the way that page werks.   Smiley   Your question was definitely sent to Amanita Design support.  In the meantime we can offer you our standard response to "screen goes black after..." questions:

Delete then re-download Botanicula to your Android device.

You will have to re-play levels 1 through 5 again, but since you're already familiar with those you can just breeze right through them.   Grin

Dear Amanita team,
I have purchased botanicula for Android tabletės from play store.
Got that bug of black screen and tried to reinstaling. I removed game but now cant install ir again. When į star install on play store it happens very quickly and after seconds it shows that game jas installed. But when i press open it says that game stop responding and Message: "looking for resources to download" apears. But download doesnt start. Game icon on a desktop appears and įn the system it shows that game contains 40 mb.

Please help to solve.

Device iš lenovo yoga tablet2 with Android 5.

Hallo,

I have contacted support center in September. NO any answer so far. It is not fair as i have paid for a game, i cant play because of technical problems which i didnt get any support.

As i have mentioned above in some part of the game screen went black and didnot recovered. I tried to reinstall, but it reinstalation goes wrong. I tried to remove program from device with cleaning program, but it doesnt help. After pressing icon it says: "Game stoped" and after it says "Looking for resources to download" but notihing happens.

As i didnt get any response from support center i am looking for support in only part of your company, where at least i can expect any answer
