How can I get the game again if I lost my iPad with the game installed? I need the game for a Macbook, It's possible?

No, the Mac and iOS versions are separate purchases.

Edit: As the forum is due to be archived in a couple weeks here, I thought I’d post to say that there is a rumor that Apple will eventually offer the ability in an upcoming version of macOS to run iPad apps on the Mac.
