real Admin here).
So, in that spirit, since you know
Tomas' website URL, go ahead and compose your concept for "a partition book" clearly, concisely, and email him your suggestion. And, of course, be respectful of Thomas' time and don't be a pest about this by double- or triple-posting your request. He'll either write to you or he won't - that's his prerogative. But at least you'll have made your best effort to convey to a very fine composer how much you appreciate his work.
