On level 3 want to jump to upper bar, but can't get that to happen.

Could be a couple of reasons why you can't. Josef (the robot) needs to be fully extended in order to jump up, and the bar also needs to be in the correct position.

Thanks for response. Is there a particular motion for jumping? Josef is fully extended and the bar is fully extended. Thanks.

Just touch/tap the bar.
