Greetings,

I wanted to alert the creators of Machinarium to a potential problem with their payment processor.  I purchased the game online through this web site about a week ago, I saw the transaction hit the bank as "Pending" and then it just sat there until it expired and disappeared.  That means it never debited my account, it basically just "pinged" it for funds and never completed.  This is for a bank in the US that I've been using for years for online purchases with no problems.

I love Machinarium, it's great fun.  I admire your work and want for you to prosper with it.

Tell me how I can pay for this and make good with you.

Gail,

I had some problems too as I am currently working in a different country from my registered credit card address. I actually contacted the company and they provided me with a working link to buy. Compared to other payment problems abroad this was fantastic - and meant I could support them too.
