Author Topic: Graphic masking/layering issue on Note 8.0  (Read 21013 times)

Hi, I've noticed some odd graphic issues running on a Galaxy Note 8.0 with Android 4.2.2.
It seem like certain things aren't being masked out, I've attached an example.  I have tried re-downloading and installing again.

It looks as if things like this are going to happen throughout, so any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I dont think you can do anything with it.Maybe something went wrong while they were programing this game.Im sure there will be an update where it will be fixed

Write to Amanita Design support.  You will find a form to request assistance in the "About" tab (between "Games" and "Store" along the top of this screen).

Sorry, Killi, but we forum mods don't have an inside line to Amanita support.  In fact I'm pretty sure that there are at most one or two persons handling ALL world-wide incoming support requests at any time; and it's not like they have a store room filled with all sorts of hand-held devices that they can test on - like your Note 8/4.22 - so please take those factors into account and give them a few more weeks to get to your problem.

Meanwhile ~ while you're waiting ~ why not try deleting and re-downloading again?  (who knows?  if you're lucky it just might correct your layering glitch!)  Wishing you good luck!

Thanks. I didn't expect action from just a post here. I had submitted a bug report on the site to them directly as well on 10/28. I've worked on 2 game titles, so I understand how complex it is to build for multiple platforms/devices.  Just a form letter or even an auto-response saying they received the report would have been sufficient to know it was being handled.

Yes, I already tried uninstalling an reinstalling a couple of times.
